If you keep reading on, I warn you that these recipes will have you wanting to make one right away!

Chocolatini Cocktail Recipe

Easter Cocktail

A very obvious, yet simply delicious easter holiday cocktail that only takes 3 minutes to make!
You may want to decorate the side of the glass with a chocolate Easter egg to add a fun touch. This can be served as a dessert or you can enjoy anytime that you feel like indulging your sweet tooth. We also have some other garnish ideas! Rim the glass with cocoa, dip a strawberry into melted chocolate and add it to the rim, or sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon to add some contrast!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
1 1/4 ounces Irish cream
1/4 ounce chocolate liqueur
Chocolate shavings to garnish

How to make it:

Gather the ingredients
Pour the vodka and liqueurs into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake well
Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with chocolate shavings. Cheers!

Blueberry Mint Cocktail

Blueberry Cocktail

This bright, fruity spring style cocktail is incredibly refreshing! You can even try to use wild blueberries found in the frozen section of your local grocery store to give it even more flavor. Your easter brunch will be full of joy with this exciting drink!

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
3 sprigs mint, plus more for garnish
1 cup whiskey or mezcal, optional
Club Soda

How to make it:

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon, juice, mint and 1 1/3 cups water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until blueberries begin to pop, 8-10 minutes; let cool. Discard mint. Transfer the mixture into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Stir in whiskey or mezcal, if desired. Serve over ice topped with club soda and garnish with mint.
Enjoy!

The Daisy Buchanan Cocktail

Lemon Cocktail

A lighthearted cocktail that takes inspiration from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s golden girl (in The Great Gatsby). A bright yellow cocktail that just shouts spring time! Will make for an adorable picnic or brunch setting, bringing some nice colors to the table.

Ingredients:

4 cups chamomile tea
1 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 cup gin
6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Lemon peel strips, for garnish

Directions:

Combine tea, elderflower liqueur, gin, and lemon juice. Serve chilled and  garnished with strips of lemon peel. Even add some cute daisies to the drinks or table!
Now, with these 3 exciting easter cocktails, you will be the brunch master! Everyone at the table will be asking for the recipe. You can either opt for one drink choice of the day, or make all three! You can even make them without alcohol if preferred! We are looking forward to springtime, being outside in the fresh air, and enjoying a refreshing drink.
