• Aloha Bars Maui will create your custom wedding bar proposal/contract. We will send it though adobe cloud so be on the lookout for the next steps!
• Review our Proposal/Contract/Questionaire and Confirm us for your date with your coordinator!    
• We will send our contract for your coordinator to sign.

Your coordinator will collect a deposit from you on our behalf and handle all payments on our behalf.

• Let us know what complimentary Designer Bar from our collection that you would like us to reserve for you. See our list of options on the bars page.

Start thinking about your signature cocktails! We can make any signature cocktail that you would like or you can choose from our cocktail menu. 

• A month before your date we will need your answers to our wedding bar questionnaire and your final guest count. The last page of the questionnaire gives detailed instructions on how to download/complete the fillable PDF and send it back to us. Or if you prefer you can type the answers and email them to me or write down your answers and take picture of them and email or text them to me:)
• We will send your coordinator our final Invoice based on your final guest count.
• After we have your completed questionnaire and final guest count.
• Approximately 3 weeks  before your event date we will send you a detailed alcohol Shopping List! 
• You can shop for the alcohol yourself or opt to relax and we will connect you with a delivery service.
• If you choose to relax we will assist you in purchasing your alcohol through Wailea Wines. They will provide you with a complimentary quote and complimentary delivery service.

Aloha Bars Maui will collaborate  with you to create remarkable drinks to match your memorable occasion. 

For your signature drinks we can recreate a favorite libation of yours using fresh locally sourced Maui ingredients or you can choose from our ever  growing drink menu.

We will help you design a personalized drink menu incorporating fresh local ingredients and beautiful accessories such as exotic fruit, handcrafted simple syrups, specialty straws and tropical flowers. 

We will  also have your signature drinks available as “mocktails” without alcohol as well as a variety of tropical juices, infused lemonades ,traditional sodas and tonics available for you and  guests of all ages to enjoy. 

If you wish to offer more than the custom cocktail list to your guests you can add wine, champagne, beer, and/or spirits to custom build your wedding bar.

Our hand-chosen staff is the best in the service industry. 

We make sure that we get to know your guests and act as hosts on your behalf while you are busy getting ready for your wedding and taking pictures after the ceremony. 

We will be set up ready to start service  one-half hour prior to your ceremony  start time to greet  you and your fiance’s bridal party with Refreshments or a pre wedding drink your guests with fresh lemonade or another non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.  

During your ceremony we will make trays of your signature drinks so when Cocktail hour begins we will pass out your signature cocktails to avoid lines at the bar. 

We also provide staff and glassware for wine service at dinner and/or  champagne service for toasts.

The bar then remains open for the duration of your event. 

Our Bartenders/Mixologists are fast, efficient, full of  “aloha” and great conversationalist that take love getting to know your guests!

Our cocktail servers have been nicknamed “Drink Angels” and will make sure you and your guests always have a cocktail or refreshment in hand. 

While Maui County Liquor laws prevent any mobile bar service from reselling, purchasing or delivering alcohol, we have taken measures to help make this as convenient as possible for you.

We will provide you with a comprehensive shopping list of all the alcohol needed for your customized bar.

We send this to you approximately a month before your event once you have  completed our questionairre and we have you final guest count.

Here are convenient options for purchasing your alcohol…

1. We can facilitate placing your liquor order through a licensed store and they will handle your  payment of alcohol and offer complimentary delivery  to your venue. For our clients they accept returns on any unopened containers(excluding beer). At the end of the night we will pack everything up for you and you or someone in your party can return what you like back to the store  at your earliest convenience
2. You can make your purchases at other Liquor Stores or Costco and arrange for someone in your party to bring the alcohol to the venue the day of your event. Besides our delivery service Costco is the only store in Maui that accepts returns on liquor.

Luckily alcohol at the stores is the one thing that is not that expensive on Maui! However at restaurants and bars a specialty cocktail can cost  any where between $15 and $18 dollars.

Just One round of specialty cocktails at a restaurant for 60 guests would be around $1000.00. Having your event at a private venue with our bar service is saving you thousands of dollars.
